Hi, I’m Allison — I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #18507) based in California. I offer in-person therapy in Midtown Sacramento, as well as virtual sessions for clients throughout the state.

I’ve always been deeply curious about people — how we relate, how we heal, and how our past experiences shape the way we move through the world. After studying psychology in college, I spent several years working in administration and marketing in commercial real estate. While I enjoyed the work, I knew something was missing. I eventually returned to what had always felt most meaningful to me and pursued my Master of Arts in Counseling at Palo Alto University.

Since graduating in 2022, I’ve worked in private practice settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. I’m especially drawn to working with people who’ve experienced attachment wounds — the kind of hurt that often shows up not just in the mind, but in the body. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, authentic connection.

In January 2025, I opened my own practice to create a space that reflects those values — where clients can feel truly seen and supported. Whether we meet in person or online, I’m honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.
