My work is all about helping you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your mental and emotional well-being. I believe every story is unique, and I’m here to meet you where you’re at, working together to find what feels most right for you. Whether you're moving through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply looking for personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with patience and care.

My approach is warm, attuned, and integrative. It’s rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration, because I believe a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for meaningful healing. I draw from somatic work, mindfulness, and attachment-based practices to support you in reconnecting with yourself and with others. So much of our healing lives in the body and in our relationships—past and present—and I work gently with those layers to help you build safety, trust, and connection from the inside out. Together, we’ll tune in to what your nervous system needs, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and hold space for the parts of you that may have felt unseen or unheard for a long time.​
